Abstract

The teacher administration recording process at Pelita Bandung Elementary School currently still relies on conventional paper-based methods and separate office applications. This workflow triggers risks of document loss, data duplication, and delays in compiling student attendance and academic score summaries. This study aims to develop a web-based Teacher Administration Information System that integrates master data management, attendance input, daily score recording, behavior development journals, learning media repositories, and internal communication features between teachers centrally. System development implements the prototype method through three iteration cycles to dynamically align user needs with software functionality. This system is built using the Laravel framework with a MySQL database. Functionality testing using the Black-box Testing method shows that all main feature scenarios run successfully and as intended. Furthermore, user acceptance testing using the User Acceptance Test (UAT) method on 13 respondents yielded an average percentage score of 97.12%, which falls into the Very Good category. These calculations empirically prove that the system is easy to understand, efficient, and ready for full implementation to support school administration digitalization and optimize educator performance.
