Article Processing Charge

J-MER applies the following publication fees:

• Article Submission Fee: IDR 0
  Authors are not required to pay any submission fee.
• Article Processing Charge (APC): IDR 500,000
  This fee applies only to manuscripts accepted for publication after the peer review process and is payable by the author(s) or their institution.

J-MER does not provide a fast-track review service. All submitted manuscripts undergo the same standard editorial and peer review process to ensure fairness and quality.

From 2020 to 2025, J-MER did not charge any publication fees. Starting in 2026, APCs are implemented to support sustainable open-access publishing and improve journal services.

The APC covers:

• DOI registration for each published article
• Article similarity checking using Turnitin or equivalent tools
• Manuscript processing, editing, and publication management
• Online publication and dissemination of research outputs
