Publication Fee

Article Processing Charges (APC)

For manuscripts submitted before August 1, 2026

This journal charges the following author fees:

Article Submission Fee: IDR 0.00

Authors are not charged any submission fee. Manuscripts will proceed through the peer-review process free of charge.

Article Publication Charge (APC):

  • Authors affiliated with institutions in Indonesia: IDR 500,000

  • Authors affiliated with institutions outside Indonesia: USD 35

For manuscripts submitted on or after August 1, 2026

The following Article Processing Charges (APC) apply after a manuscript has been accepted for publication:

  • Authors affiliated with institutions in Indonesia: IDR 2,000,000

  • Authors affiliated with institutions outside Indonesia: USD 125

APC Discounts

To encourage international research collaboration, the following discounts are available:

  • 10% discount for manuscripts co-authored by researchers from two different countries.

  • 25% discount for manuscripts co-authored by researchers from three or more different countries.

Discount eligibility is determined based on the institutional affiliations listed in the accepted manuscript.

APC Waiver Policy

A full or partial waiver of the Article Processing Charge may be granted by the Editor in cases of limited research funding or other reasonable circumstances. Authors requesting a waiver should clearly indicate their request and provide a justification in the Comments to the Editor field during manuscript submission.

Waiver requests submitted after the review process has begun may not be considered. The decision regarding an APC waiver is independent of the editorial and peer-review process and does not influence the acceptance or rejection of the manuscript.
